Prohibition Against Interstate Deposit: Annual Host State Loan-to-Deposit Ratios

The OCC, Federal Reserve Board, and FDIC have issued the host state loan-to-deposit (LTD) ratios. This bulletin informs national banks about how these ratios are used to determine compliance with section 109 of the Riegle–Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act.
